This is a breath taking canyon. I happened to be there a week ago. If you guys are going through Palisades (just outside of Grand Junction) you need to stop at the Palisade Cafe. They have the best fish tacos and really good beers on tap. There should also be a farmers market downtown Palisades. And one more thing you can't miss Edmond'd world famous chocolates in Grand J. The best toffee you have ever had! Anyways its great to follow your trip of ye ol' west. Cheers Brandt Bates
